Arthur Levine talks 'Beedle the Bard'
Posted by Megs

USA Today has a new interview with Arthur Levine where he discusses The Tales of Beedle the Bard.

They feel like folk tales or fairy tales that have been around forever,” says Arthur Levine of Scholastic, Rowling’s U.S. publisher. “They’re as good as any Grimm tale that you might have read in your own childhood. But that’s just Rowling’s incredible skill.

New Tom Felton Interview
Posted by Megs

Good Prattle has a new two part (1,2) interview with Tom Felton where he discusses Harry Potter and his character Draco as well as Feltbeats, his new movie and some other interesting stuff.

Yeah. What sort of relationship do you think he has with his father?
A very interesting one, actually! I mean, mostly he idolizes his father to every last degree, and equally, I’m sure, he’s terrified of his father! He’s absolutely petrified, and I think most things are done maybe 20% fully from the fear that he might get another clock around the ear! I’d be intrigued to hear what Joanne Rowling would have to say about that.

Deluminator & Sirius’ motorbike in DH?
Posted by Megs

A poster over at TLC recently went to the Warner Bros Studio tour in Burbank, California and noticed that two items were not on display.  Sirius’ motorbike and the Deluminator!  He spoke to some staff members and they said they “had been recalled from the museum for filming commitments.”  So hopefully this means they will appear in Deathly Hallows the movie.

This is only a rumour, but hopefully it is true because these are in the book and should be in the movie!

DDs Army Update

For next year’s premiere of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince the International Network of Harry Potter Websites has a very special plan!

The aim is to bring our organisation’s mascot, the Knight Cruiser (a gigantic purple Mercedes Benz),  up to Great Britain to let it attend the premiere to represent a network of fan communities and further an immense number of fans! We also hope for a certain media attraction in case this project will be realized!  The journey is planned to start in the centre of Europe in the area of Vienna, which is nearly 1000 miles away from London!

You can check out the project site by clicking HERE.
