Video: EW Goes Behind the Scenes of Beauty and the Beast
Posted by Megs

Entertainment Weekly has shared a behind the scenes of Beauty and the Beast, out March 17th. The film stars Emma Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens as Adam/The Beast. Luke Evans, Josh Gad, Ian McKellen, Ewan McGregor and Emma Thompson also star in the live action remake.

Emma Watson, who plays Belle, and director Bill Condon (Dreamgirls) guide us through the village she’s yearning to escape and the enchanted castle she, uh, is also yearning to escape, at least until she comes to see the softer side of the Beast (played by Downton Abbey‘s Dan Stevens.)

We also get a look at the human versions of Beast’s court of living objects, with a group photo of Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Ewan McGregor as Lumier, Audra McDonald as Garderobe (the singing wardrobe), Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as feather-duster Plumette — along with Stanley Tucci as a new character, the dentally-challenged harpsichord Cadenza.
