Thanks to SS we have a few casting updates for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Afshan Azad’s agency, Gordon and French, has stated that she will return for the role of Padma Patil in Harry Potter films, Deathly Hallows.
Afshan is still cast in the role of Padma Patil, so you can assume she will appear on the final film.
Julie Christie (Madam Rosmerta) and Shirley Henderson (Moaning Myrtle) will sadly not be returning for the films.

Emma Watson is featured in StyleCaster’s new article: Fashion’s Biggest “It” Girls of 2009 (Plus Their Top Looks That Inspire Our New Year’s Outfits). The look they chose was her outfit to the Burberry Spring/Summer 2009 Fashion Show.
Someone must be performing Hogwarts spells on Emma Watson, because sometime in the last year she’s completely transformed from a semi-awkward-but-innocent young girl to a stunning starlet with some serious fashion cred. Perhaps it was the Burberry effect; the Harry Potter actress was the face of the fashion label’s fall 2009 ad campaign, and she dons a sparkly yellow cocktail dress from the British line above. We think it’s the perfect look to get noticed amongst the New Year’s crowds

According to WENN via IMDB, Timothy Spall has stolen a piece of movie magic from the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows set!
British actor Timothy Spall was so determined to pocket a memento from his work on the Harry Potter films, he snatched a prosthetic ear from the film set.
He says, “I lifted a prosthetic ear while filming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It’s strictly frowned upon, but it was too good to pass by. It will live on a shelf at home. If they’re truthful, most performers try to get a souvenir from every job they do.”
Thanks Leaky and Portkey.it!

If you remember, some time ago, Lewis Lovers announced that Matthew Lewis would be on an episode of Celebrity Mastermind. We now know the air date of the episode! It will air tomorrow: Mon 4 Jan 2010 at 19:00 on BBC One. Some photos can be seen in the Lewis Lovers gallery.
Here is some information on the show:
Four contestants (in later rounds of the competition the number is occasionally five) take it in turns to answer questions over two rounds against the clock. The first two-minute round comprises questions on each contestant’s chosen specialist subject and the second two-minute round tests general knowledge.
I will get a video online as soon as possible for those of us who aren’t in the UK.
Thanks Lewis Lovers!
