Potterish has been told by Warner Brothers Brazil that John Williams will score Part 2.  This has not been confirmed through my sources, but Mugglenet, Leaky and some other sites agree that it seems pretty credible.  But it is still a rumour until WB releases the information everywhere.

John Williams hasn’t done a score for a Potter film since Prisoner of Azkaban, and I personally hope he is coming back for Deathly Hallows Part 2!  As most of you will remember, Alexandre Desplat is working on the score for Deathly Hallows, Part 1.

As I posted a few months ago, Emma Watson gave a preview of the People Tree Spring/Summer 2011 line yesterday at the Prince of Wales’ “A Garden Party To Make A Difference”. You can watch a video below.

The first television commercial for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 aired tonight during the season premiere of The Vampire Diaries on the CW.  The following can be seen in the spot:

– Ghostly Dumbledore at Grimmauld Place
– New Voldemort dialogue
– Luna’s house crumbling as Death Eaters circle
– Harry and Hagrid on the motorbike
