Thanks to Tom Felton EU we have the first trailer for Tom Felton’s upcoming 4-hour miniseries Labyrinth which also stars John Hurt (Ollivander). You may watch the trailer here, I will updated this post if the trailer becomes embeddable.
For those of you that don’t remember, the series is an adventure story set both in Medieval and modern-day France and centered on two woman bound together by the secret of the holy Grail. Tom will play Raymond-Roger de Trencavel, who tried to protect his subjects from the crusaders in 12th century France.
According to ComingSoon, Tom Felton is in negotiations to star in the upcoming horror film Therese Raquin. Tom also retweeted an article about the attachment, meaning this is not a rumor. Glenn Close and Elizabeth Olsen are also rumored to be in talks for the film.
First published as a novel in 1867, Emile Zola’s tale is arguably best known for its 1873 stage play version (also by Zola). The plot has the titular frenchwoman, Therese, plotting to murder her husband, Camille, with her new lover, Laurent. Though they successfully inact the deed, they find their subsequent married life haunted by the ghost of Camille.
Olsen would play the part of Therese and Felton, Camille with Close appearing as Madame Raquin, the aunt of Therese and mother of Camille. Two of the bigger parts that remain to be cast are Laurent and Michaud, a police officer and friend of Madame Raquin.
