France’s One magazine released a new interview with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson from the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows set. Here are a few segments of the interview, when there is a large enough scan online I will upload it to the gallery!
Emma Watson To kiss Rupert in front of cameras will stay the strangest experience for me, since I’ve played in Harry Potter. Him and I was frightened about this scene, and would like to do it quickly. But the hardest is coming … I have to kiss Dan ! It’s a scene where Ron imagine a kiss between Harry and Hermione.”
“We haven’t filmed the epilogue yet, in which we can see the future of Harry, Ron and Hermione 19 years later. At the beginning, producers would like to replace us, but they finally kept us. We will look like 40 years old persons. I’m very impatient to see that !”
Daniel Radcliffe “In the Deathly Hallows, you’ll see Harry as you never saw him before ! For example, I shot a scene where i’m entirely naked. When I read the script, I thought that I would carry underwears but no ! I’ve already done it for Equus so it wasn’t so difficult. I’m wondering how people will react, even if any things will be hidden in the screen !”
“Recently, we’ve finished a scene in which I had difficulties. It’s the 7 Potter’s scene ! We had to shoot a take where I was a different Harry instead of the other actors. It was fun, but very hard, because sometimes, I forgot who I had to be … That made me crazy !”
Rupert Grint “We shot a lot of physical scenes. For Daniel, filming was very complicated. But he never complained … When he became sick because of filming conditions, he was ok and he never complained …”
Launching Films is reporting that two of Rupert’s new films will be released on April 9th of this year in the United Kingdom! The site states that Wild Target and Cherrybomb will both be released on that day.
These dates are not confirmed so keep this in the rumor category for now! Thanks ICM!
InStyle have just released a little behind-the-scenes clip from the shoot, which you can see on their website here. You can see Rupert Grint, Bonnie Wright and Jamie Campbell Bower in the video.
Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) and Jamie Campbell Bower (Gellert Grindelwald) were featured in the March issue of UK’s In Style magazine. We now have a scan of the two along with another actress:
Rupert Grint You might recognize him from: the Harry Potter films; Driving Lessons; Thunderpants. What’s next? Cherrybomb, Wild Target, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I and Part II. Stellar moment: “There’s been talk that I have a nude scene in Cherrybomb, but it’s just topless, really. It was embarrassing, but tastefully done! And yes, I’m going to miss Harry Potter when it ends next year.”
Jamie Campbell Bower You might recognize him from: The Twlight Saga: New Moon, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. What’s next? The Prisoner, London Boulevard, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I and Part II. Stellar moment: “Twilight is crazy. On the morning of the LA premiere, I heard a commotion at 6:30am – the queue for the cinema had reached our hotel!
In a new interview with the Telegraph, Rupert Grint talks about all things travel!
What do you need for a perfect holiday?
Being ginger and pale-skinned, I don’t really get a tan, so sitting on the beach doesn’t do it for me. I like activity-based holidays where I’m not going to fry, which is why I’ve really got into rally car driving – my brother James is an aspiring driver. I recently went on holiday to Blackpool with Oliver Phelps, who plays one of the Weasley twins. We both play golf – I’ve got a handicap of 13, which is not bad – and there’s a really good golf course in the area. I think it was quite surreal for people to see two Harry Potter actors walking down the promenade – they kept stopping dead in their tracks to do a double take.
What do you always take with you?
I can’t live without my iPhone – it comes everywhere with me. It’s got so many applications on it it practically runs my life. And a couple of my favourite T-shirts. Apart from that, I’m a pretty light traveller.
What’s your best piece of travel advice?
Always check your room thoroughly before you leave. Wherever I go, I always leave something behind. I’ve left suits, phones and even my wallet because I always spread my stuff about. I need someone to do a security sweep after me.
What do you avoid on holiday?
Flash celebrity-type destinations in the sun. I’m not going away to be seen and I’m quite softly spoken and laid-back, so I like to blend in. Being with my friends or my family is the most important thing.
Is there anything you hate about holidays?
Airports because they’re noisy and stressful. Plus it’s like being stuck in a giant fishbowl with no escape as people are always looking at me. Once I’m on the plane, I can relax.
