Rupert Grint Attending ‘Into the White’ World Premiere in Oslo
Posted by Megs

It has been confirmed that Rupert Grint will be attending the world premiere of his new film, Into the White, in Oslo.  The premiere will be held in Oslo, Norway on March 4 during the Filmfest Oslo. Rupert’s reps told Rupert-Grint.us:

Just to let you know that we can confirm Rupert will be attending the Into the White premiere in Oslo.”

Petter Næss, the film’s director, has this to say about the premiere:

“It’s a big thing to be able to close Oslo’s new film festival, and I am looking forward to showing it to the audience at the esteemed Folketeatret. It’s extra special when thinking about the fact that my parents met each other at that spot at the end of the 50s, My dad worked as a set designer, my mother as an actress, and I was probably conceived in the string attic or in the painting hall. It’ll be like coming home.”

A new trailer for Rupert Grint’s upcoming film, Into the White has appeared online. The film, which was originally titled Comrade, will be released in Norway this coming March 9th.

The distributor says it “is an anti-war movie. High above the harsh Norwegian wilderness, English and German pilots shoot each other to the ground after a violent chance encounter. Isolated, they must fight to survive the brutal winter. Though warhas made them enemies, antagonism is hard to maintain as days go by. Through mutual need, unlikely friendships bloom. Somehow, they become comrades. War, after all, is absurd.”
