Potter Stars: 100 Sexiest Movie Stars which
Posted by Megs

Empire Magazine has released their list of 100 Sexiest Movie Stars and a bunch of Harry Potter stars are on the list!  It includes the following:

Girls

9 – Helena Bonham Carter
Mrs. Tim Burton may be in her forties now, but she resolutely refuses to be dragged anywhere near ‘mumsy’. In fact, even when she’s shrieking evilly in the Harry Potter series, or conspiring to turn half of London into tasty pies in Sweeney Todd, Bonham Carter is still possessed of a delightful earthy sexiness.

3 – Emma Watson
The face that launched a thousand extremely dodgy internet countdown clocks has blossomed with adulthood into an extremely poised, porcelain-fine beauty and something of a fashion icon. Not bad for someone who won’t even turn 20 until next April.

Guys

37 – Daniel Radcliffe
He loves cricket, he’s got great taste in music, he’s absolutely minted… what more do you want? A good body? Well he’s got one of them too (did you see Equus? Of course you did). You want more? Well he’s a bloody wizard, and a really good one at that, with a couple of potions that’ll guarantee you fancy him.

24 – Jason Isaacs
Last time we ran a Sexiest poll, repeat voting by a hard core of Isaacs fans threatened to derail the whole thing. This time, he’s in a slightly more sensible position, reflecting both the fact that he’s not a hugely well-known leading man and the fact that he’s devastatingly charming and handsome. Seriously, show us someone who doesn’t fancy him, and we’ll show you a corpse.

8 – Alan Rickman
It’s good to see that here, amid the chiselled cheekbones and perfectly coiffed heads, is a man who’s sexy because he’s smart, sarky and has a fine line in put-downs. Sure, everyone loves a bad(ish) boy, but Rickman’s rogues’ gallery is united by the fact that they’re all strangely, unjustifiably sexy. Yes, even greasy-haired Snape. And as for his good guys, they’re pretty irresistible.

2 – Robert Pattinson
A recent addition to “Sexiest” lists everywhere, Robert Pattinson and his messy mane have won hearts all over the world with his turn as veggie vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight Saga. Those over 25 may roll their eyes, but the combination of plum roles in hit novels (see also: Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire), a posh accent, musical ability and that enormous haystack on his head means half the teenage world adores him.

Dan attends a Wedding
Posted by Megs

This past week Daniel Radcliffe was in Poole to take some driving lessons and was invited to/gate-crashed a wedding last weekend.

The actor, 20, who rocketed to fame as the eponymous hero of the Harry Potter films based on J K Rowling’s books, was first spotted watching a film in Poole’s Lighthouse on Wednesday night.  And the next evening he dropped in unexpectedly at a wedding reception at the Harbour Heights Hotel in Poole – even taking to the dance floor with the bride and bridesmaids.  The former child star was chatting to guests about taking driving lessons in the area rather than in congested London.

Musician Stuart Darling, 24, performing with the band The Usual Suspects at the event, said: “He seemed very happy and comfortable having photos taken and signing autographs. He was a thoroughly nice chap.  I just had a quick chat and he said he was down from London taking some driving lessons where it was quieter, and seeing a friend.” He added: “I presume he was on his own – I didn’t see anyone with him. He was probably a bit lonely and came out to socialise.”

He said the wedding party were “quite happy to have him there”. “As you do at weddings they were dragging people up to dance and he was one of them,” added Stuart. Daniel also met Miss Dorset 2008-2009, Chelsea Collins, and her fiancé Bradley Bourn, who were guests at the event. Chelsea said the actor had been spotted by some of the younger guests and asked to join the party. She added: “He danced with the bride and was there until 1.30am, joining in with everyone. He was so down to earth and friendly. He brought a bit of magic to the evening.”
