Seventeen magazine recenkt interviewed Daniel Radcliffe and they talked about Harry Potter, Pottermore, the Trevor Project and more!
17: You’ve said you’d never live anywhere other than England? Is that still true, now that you’ve been in New York for a while?
DR: England is my home. London is my home. New York feels like, if I have to spend a year living in an unfamiliar city, this is a pretty lovely one to spend a year in, but I will be going home at the end of it, certainly.
17: What does working with the Trevor Project mean to you?
DR: Out of everything I’ve done in my career, it’s what I’m most proud of. It’s something that I’m passionate about and have been from quite a young age. The fact that I’m able to make a difference is a source of great pride to me.

The LA Times Hero Complex blog has posted a new interview with Daniel Radcliffe where he talks about the end of the Potter series and even about Pottermore (though he knows nothing about it). Read the full interview here!
Radcliffe has possessed — and been possessed by – the role of Potter for half his life, and right now he’s experiencing an intense jumble of emotions. ”It is bizarre; we’ve been talking about it for so long, and now it’s finally here.”

“Not particularly. I think that would be a bit odd [to play Harry again in the future],” said the actor, who celebrates his 22nd birthday the week after the eighth film opens. “I’d be very skeptical about that. First of all, I don’t think that she will” write another Potter installment, “and second of all, oh, I don’t know, the idea of going back to something after 10 or 20 years? At that point, I will have worked 20 years to establish a career outside of it, and at that point to go back to it would feel a little self-defeating.”
Perhaps, but Radcliffe is already wise enough to know that you can never really say never. There may be some magic moment when someone offers him a magic wand and the perfect script. “I could feel completely different at that time, but at this moment, it feels like it would be strange and not the way it would or should go.”
Tonight the Webby Awards are taking place and Daniel Radcliffe presented the award for Best Fashion Website to Anna Wintour of VOGUE Magazine. You can watch him present the award by heading to this link, clicking Highlights and finding the video titled “Anna Wintour for Vogue.com”
Universal Orlando Resort’s website for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter has received two of the highest honors for excellence on the Internet – The Webby Award and the People’s Voice Award for “Best Tourism Website.”

As I posted a while ago, Daniel Radcliffe and the cast of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying performed on tonight’s Tony Awards. A video of the performance has now surfaced online for those of you that missed it or do not get CBS. For those of you on the West Coast they performed around 8:15pm.
Daniel Radcliffe will be performing the ‘Brotherhood of Man’ from his play How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying at the beginning of the Tony Awards which will be telecast this Sunday. He also had this to say of his co-star being nominated for an award: “If John won it would be just amazing,” he says. “Only because I have a lot of scenes with him.”
Dan revealed this information while he was at an event at the Majestic Theatre.
