The Mark Davies Injured Riders Fund has introduced a new charity auction that will be of great interest to Potter fans!
The Mark Davies Injured Riders Fund has waved its magic wand and is inviting bids for the ultimate present for kids this Christmas – a visit to the Harry Potter film set. This will be the first of a planned series of money-can’t-buy experiences and items to be auctioned on-line through The Mark Davies Injured Riders Fund website over the coming months on this site.
The winning parent and lucky child will visit the set during the filming of the next Harry Potter movie in London in the first part of next year. They will be able to watch the filming, learn the secrets, and meet the stars. “It’s a rare and fantastic opportunity – and there’s only one item ‘up for grabs’,” explains Rosemary Lang for the Mark Davies Injured Riders Fund.
The auction will close at midnight on Friday 18 December. All the proceeds of the price paid by the winning bidder will go towards The Mark Davies Injured Riders Fund’s 21st Anniversary Poundcatcher campaign which aims to raise at least a pound from every rider to ensure it can continue to support all injured riders in genuine need.
You can bid on the trip by going here! Bidding is already at £ 700
