Pottermore Shop Opens! Buy Harry Potter eBooks

The Pottermore Shop has finally opened so fans may now purchase the seven Harry Potter books as eBooks for the first time!

The eBooks range in price from $7.99 for the first 3 books to $9.99 for the last 4. The whole set is $57.54. You can buy them in US English or UK English for now.

Audio Books go from $29.99 to $49.99 and $242.94 for the whole set.

Fans can also give these as gifts and the recipient will be brought to the Pottermore Store to claim them!

Photos and Trailer for Harry Potter Wizards Collection

Warner Bros. have sent over two photos, a trailer and clip (which we saw previously on Yahoo) for the Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection! The spectacular limited-edition collectible box set is available for pre-order now at the Wizard’s Collection Website. The most comprehensive Harry Potter movie collection yet, the Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection, featuring all eight films, exclusive never-before-seen content and must-have memorabilia, will be available on 10th September from Warner Home Video.

Harry Potter, Gary Oldman and David Yates Win at 2012 Empire Awards

The Jameson Empire Awards were presented tonight and Matthew Lewis, Bonnie Wright, Evanna Lynch, David Yates, Gary Oldman, Jamie Campbell Bower and Helena Bonham Carter were in attendance! Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows won Best Film and “Best Film Presented by Sky Movies” with David Yates winning for Best Director. Gary Oldman also won Jameson Best Actor, and his film Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy won for Best Thriller Presented by Café de Paris.

Some photos from the event may be viewed at Empire’s website. I will also post more videos from the event if and when they appear online.

Digital Spy has posted a video montage where they talk to multiple stars and ask what movie they think will be the best out of ‘The Avengers’, ‘Prometheus’ or ‘The Dark Knight Rises.’ Matthew may be seen at 35 seconds.

Today we have a list of confirmed cast and crew that will be attending the Grand Opening of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter on Saturday March 31st!  Red carpet arrivals start at 3:00 pm and the following cast and crew will be there:  Rupert Grint, Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright, Evanna Lynch, Warwick Davis, David Thewlis, Helen McCrory, George Harris, Nick Moran, Natalia Tena, David Bradley, Producers David Heyman and David Barron, and Directors David Yates, Alfonso Cuaron and Mike Newell!

Saturday 31st March 2012, cast and crew from the Harry Potter film series will attend the Grand Opening of the hugely anticipated new UK attraction, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is a unique walking tour which offers visitors the very first opportunity to journey behind-the-scenes and experience the magic that has gone into creating the most successful film series of all time. Visitors will be able to see firsthand the sheer scale and detail of the actual sets, costumes, animatronics, special effects and props used in all eight of the Harry Potter films.

The new Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection DVD/BluRay set now has it’s own website with a countdown (with a widget you can download), an area to pre-order and more!!  I posted earlier today that iw as available on the 10th of September but the website says September 7th.  They also have other fun content:

Harry Potter Wizards Collection DVD Set Releasing in September

As we posted at the beginning of the month, Warner Bros. is releasing Harry Potter Wizards Collection DVD and BluRay sets with all the movies and tons of bonus features. The set will be released on September 10th of this year. We will post more news on the set as it is revealed!
