I just got home tonight to spend a long weekend here and I had 2 AWESOME fan mail replies waiting for me! The first was from Robert Pattinson, who plays Cedric. He signed the picture I sent him and sent another one of his own and wrote my name on them. And if that wasn’t exciting enough, the other was from Natalia Tena, who plays Tonks, she sent me back the picture I had her sign and wrote me a letter!

Today (November 1st)  is Natalia Tena’s Birthday! Natalia plays Nymphadora Tonks in the Harry Potter films. She is celebrating her 23rd birthday today!

Harry Potter stars Natalia Tena (Tonks), Chris Rankin (Percy Weasley), and Jamie Yeates (Marcus Flint) will be attending  Phoenix, a Harry Potter fans’ event that will take place on Saturday, November 10th at Belfast’s Park Avenue Hotel in Northern Ireland. There, they will take part in Q&A sessions, photo sessions and autograph sessions throughout the day.

There are 2 short interviews now online with Imelda Staunton (Umbridge) and Natalia Tena (Tonks). Natalia also says that she will reprise her role as Tonks in HBP! YAY

I didn’t like some of the things they did at the beginning, to be honest. I really wish she had had pink hair like in the book. They didn’t want to do that because pink would be associated with (Dolores) Umbridge, who is evil. They really didn’t take many risks. At the beginning I really looked like a punk … and they kind of toned (it) down a bit. And I wasn’t happy with that because in my mind I was thinking “You know what, that’s not what kids are going to expect.”

Q: Do you have any predictions on what’s in store for Tonks in the last book?

A: I’ve been thinking about that. I reckon she’ll either die really quickly or she’ll kill Bellatrix (Lestrange) at some point. Or she’ll kill one of the big baddies at the end somehow. I really hope Harry dies, though, and I want Neville (Longbottom) to be the one that was the chosen one all along.
