Harry Potter stars Natalia Tena (Tonks), Chris Rankin (Percy Weasley), and Jamie Yeates (Marcus Flint) will be attending Phoenix, a Harry Potter fans’ event that will take place on Saturday, November 10th at Belfast’s Park Avenue Hotel in Northern Ireland.
