Emma’s Official site has been updated with new pictures of her at the Pride of Britain Awards:

Emma’s father has once again very kindly sent over some personal photos he took of Emma at the Pride of Britain awards.
For those who closely follow Emma’s fashion; you may like to know that Emma’s dress is from British designer Matthew Williamson and the handbag belonged to her great-grandmother! cool eh?

Harry Potter actor Devon Murray, who plays Seamus in the films, is going to be in a new short film called Gone Fishing.

It is billed as a moving story of a young boy and an old man as they deal with bereavement through their love of fishing.
The tale is wrapped around Old Bill’s story of how when he was a boy, he tried to catch the world’s biggest pike called Goliath.

It stars the veteran Scottish actor Bill Patterson reminiscing to 10-year-old movie newcomer James Wilson, while Harry Potter regular Devon Murray (Seamus in the films) plays Bill’s younger self.

Today, October 11th, is Dawn French’s 50th birthday! She plays the Fat Lady in Prisoner of Azkaban.

Also, it is my 19th birthday! YAYYYY!!!!!!!! 🙂 I was born at 8:05 am, so it isn’t exactly my birthday yet. :p

I finally got around to making my Deathly Hallows chapter avatars, to go with the rest from the other books. I didn’t do all the chapters, only the ones where the picture and title went well together, so there are 16 of them.

This article states that:

Warner Home Video will include two downloadable digital files on its Dec. 11 DVD release of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
The latest Potter installment will allow DVD buyers to download the film to a PC or a portable device, making Warner the first studio to so marry physical media and downloads.
“You can buy the DVD and have the option of the digital copy,” said Wuthrich. “This future-proofs the format for consumers.”

The DVD will be released December 11th in the US.
