Harper’s Bazaar magazine has released their annual list of the best dressed women in Britain, and coming in at number seven was  J.K. Rowling. The Telegraph reports that JKR (“increasingly glamourous”) “is more guarded with her style and earlier this year appeared in a floor-length, peppermint goddess gown at a charity event at Hampton Court Palace.” Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) is the number 24 spot. Ireland Online has the entire list , which will be found in the December issue of Harper’s Bazaar due out this week.

This is Nottingham has a preview article today about the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix DVD. It says that the DVD extras include:

“Trailing Tonks” featurette, “Harry Potter: The Magic Of Editing” featurette, “The Hidden Secrets Of Harry Potter” featurette, additional scenes, DVD-ROM content including timeline and ‘link’ to a sneak peak of Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, trailers for the Hogwarts DVD, Harry Potter EA game and Lego Batman game.

Jason Isaacs, who plays Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter films, is in a new interview with Liverpool magazine and he mentions he hopes that he will return as Lucius for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.”

Here is an exerpt from the interview:

“The next thing I am up to is a lot of waiting: waiting to see if Brotherhood goes to a third season (it’s up to the network-they own me for six years); waiting to see if “Stopping Power (a car chase film I starred in with John Cusack but that fell apart due to money trouble) starts again as rumoured; waiting to do publicity for “Good” a film I’ve just finished with Viggo Mortensen; waiting to see if I’m in Harry Potter 7 (I’m in the book but who knows what gets cut to make 900 pages into a film). Or none of the above. That’s what’s exciting.”

Hey guys, I just had a great idea. We are making magazines in design class right now (mine is on Wizard Rock, Ill show you all when it is all done) and I thought it might be a fun idea to have a Weekly or Monthly, not sure yet, Magical-Menagerie Magazine! I would put in the big stories of the week and maybe some other fun stuff.
