Its time once again for ABC Family’s 25 Days of Christmas! They will be playing the first 3 Harry Potter movies the first 3 days.

Friday, 11/30 – Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone 7:30 pm
Saturday, 12/1 – Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets 7 pm
Sunday, 12/2 – Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban 6 pm

If you remember, JK Rowling is auctioning off a hand-written copy of her special “Tales of Beedle the Bard” book for charity at Sothebys’.  They have now added some more items and a note from JKR. (click read more for the note, but beware of spoilers).

The first new item is a sketch done by JK Rowling in 1999 including Hagrid, Snape, Harry Ron Hermione, Professor McGonagall, Crookshanks, Dobby, the Sorting Hat, Fawkes, and a snitch.

Also an ink and watercolour drawing called “Harry Potter in Conversation with Buckbeak the Hippogriff” by Cliff Wright.

And lastly, autographed first edition copies of the “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” and “Quidditch Through the Ages,” along with a signed set of four Deluxe editions of the first four Harry Potter novels.

The Scotsman has released their annual list of the most eligible or “hottest” Scots, and at the top of the list are Katie Leung and David Tennant from the Harry Potter films.  Katie is number one for women and David for men.

The 20-year-old Harry Potter film star, who plays the boy wizard’s girlfriend Cho Chang, has topped the list of Scotland’s most eligible women just three weeks after being named the nation’s most stylish female.

According to the judges, Smeato, 31, who still lives at home with his parents, can only be beaten as a prize catch by Dr Who star David Tennant and tennis player Jamie Murray.

Entertainment Weekly Magazine has  picked their candidates for 2007’s Entertainers of the Year. The voting is done in a sports bracket form. We unfortunatley have to choose between J.K. Rowling or Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint & Emma Watson in the brackets. The editors pick their winners but fan picks will be in the Nov. 23rd Issue.

We know it was a few months ago now; but we have just received some lovely shots of Emma with Dan and Rupert from when they visited L.A. in the summer for the Hand, Foot and Wand ceremony.

MTV has a new interview with David Yates and Daniel Radcliffe.

“That’s a scene [where Harry doesn’t go to the end of term feast] that was cut a bit before you got to that bit,” star Daniel Radcliffe said. “You see a bit, and if we had just continued the shot, that’s what would have happened. It’s a sweet moment between Harry and Ron, but Rupert [Grint] and I shot that really early on, and we were maybe not quite into our characters at that time. It is a sweet scene though.”What you won’t find in the DVD’s deleted scenes, however, is a shot that fans thought would have made the film because it explained Snape’s behavior throughout the whole series, a scene referred to as Snape’s worst memory, in which he calls a teenage Lily, Harry’s mom-to-be, a Mudblood. Some of that was in the film, but it stopped short of showing Lily, who turned out to be the love of Snape’s life. “We had a lovely actress play Lily,” Yates said. “And we may bring her back. But by introducing Lily and the Lily/Snape plot, that back story, we complicated it too much. We had to cut it.”
