As I reported yesterday, Rade Serbedzija was cast in Deathly Hallows. We now know that he was cast as wand-maker Gregorovitch.  The actor had this to say about the role: “I am going to play the role of a wizard who makes [wands] with special power. I will soon go to London to try on my costume.”

Alfie Enoch who plays Dean Thomas will be attending Collectormania 15, in Milton Keynes, England from June 5th – 7th.

Tom Felton will be attending the Dragon*Con this September in Atlanta, Georgia from September 4-7.

There are new reports today that Croatian actor Rade Serbedzija has been cast in Deathly Hallows. We don’t know who he will play yet but the role is “brief but very important”. He is said to begin in November.

HPANA is reporting that they have recieved word that a “foreign Warner Bros. distributor has stated the runtime for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to be 153 minutes (2 hours, 33 minutes).”

This is only a rumour until WB officially confirms it, but this is around the length of the other Potter films so it could be true.
