A new preview video for the Ultimate Collector’s editions of Sorcerer’s Stone and Chamber of Secrets has been released online. Dan is on the Privet Drive set telling us what we can expect from the Ultimate Edition dvds! Enjoy!
Evanna Lynch appeared on RTE’s Late Late Show in Ireland last night. On the show they gave away Harry Potter goodie bags full of DVDs and merchandise and Evanna talked about Deathly Hallows shooting on the grounds of Hogwarts.
SkyNews recently spoke to Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint and you can read the article online now.
“It’s getting quite confusing,” laughs Rupert Grint as he takes a break from shooting to talk to Sky News. “We’re kind of mixing them together, and because I’ve got longer hair in the second part I do lose track.””This is gonna have a very different feel to it,” admits Dan. “We barely spend any time at Hogwarts. I’ve been here for eight months and I’ve not filmed a single scene in the great hall, which is unheard of. I’m quite excited.”
And how do the cast feel about that big, ticking, clock, which in two years time will call time on the roles that have defined their childhood? “At the moment we’ve still got a long way to go,” laughs Rupert, “but it’s gonna be very weird when we hear cut for the last time. But I think I’m ready to move on and see what else there is out there, and get into the real world, really!”
Thanks very much to my wonderful friend Michelle we have a new photo of Matthew over at Lewis Lovers! I assume that it was taken in September because he is wearing the same outfit he wore to the Balloon Launch. See the photo here in the Lewis Lovers gallery!
The Guardian has a new interview with Tom Felton where he discusses technology.
What’s your favourite piece of technology, and how has it improved your life?
I don’t want to sound like I’m following the crowd, but it has to be the iPhone. For the past year and a half it’s been the passion of my life.
When was the last time you used it, and what for?
I’m using it now [to do this interview]. The latest thing I’m hooked on is this app, Chess With Friends, and you can play it with anyone who’s got an iPhone. Most of the Harry Potter cast and crew have got them, and we’re always playing chess against each other.
Do you consider yourself to be a luddite or a nerd?
I’m a little bit of a geek – I have to be the first person to get new things when they come out. I always want to buy and try new gadgets.
Mac or PC, and why?
I would have said PC endlessly for the past 12 years, because that’s all I always used. But eight months ago I got a Macbook and have been using that ever since. I do like Windows, but for user satisfaction it has to be the Mac.
