Variety is reporting that Wild Target will be released in America!

Freestyle Releasing has acquired US rights to indie drama “Wild Target,” starring Bill Nighy, Emily Blunt, Rupert Grint, Martin Freeman and Rupert Everett.Freestyle’s set an Oct. 8 theatrical release and noted that “Target” marks the beginning of Freestyle’s new strategic initiative to diversify into a full- fledged acquisition and distribution company.

“Target” centers on a middle-aged, solitary assassin, who prides himself on his own peerless reputation for lethal efficiency but finds his professional routine is interrupted by being drawn to one of his intended victims.

In a new video from the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards, Tom Felton discussed his acting future and the fact that he gets free tickets for life to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Theme Park with The Dish Rag.

The Dish Rag got a chance to totally geek out over Tom on the MTV Movie Awards carpet on Sunday (June 6).

We’re not going to waste time transcribing our chat. Just watch the video to find out how psyched he is about the opening of the new Harry Potter theme park in Florida this week and how excited he has to get, like, free admission for life!

“It’s like GOLD,” he exclaimed.

Now he’s gonna take some time off before deciding on another film project. Although we just spotted the scary movie, “The Apparition,” (also starring Ashley Greene of “Twilight”) and the WWII thriller, “Grace and Danger,” on his IMDb.com site.

Can you blame him for wanting to play something other than a blond evil wizard?
