We now have information about the US Deluxe version of Deathly Hallows. It will be 816 pages long, 32 pages longer than the normal version.  The extras inside are:

The custom-designed slipcase is foil-stamped and contains a full-cloth case book that has been blind-stamped on front and back cover with foil stamping on the spine.
