A petition has been set up by waterstones for a seventh harry potter book. Fans insist that even at harry’s demise a 8th book is very much wanted. The petition aims to get atleast a million signitures on it so if you want to see an eighth harry potter book head over to waterstones and sign the petition !!

As Megan posted a while ago, today Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint will have their hands, feet and of course their wands sunk into cement at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.

The first world press reviews of harry potter and the order of the phoenix have been released. You can read the BBC one here. The general reaction has been that it is a succesful film that has out done the previous harry potter films.

The translation of a Swiss interview with Daniel Radcliffe for the movie magazine Close Up is:
CU: “Do you notice that HP fans have grown up beside you?”
DR: “Every time. Somebody who’s seen the first Harry Potter movie at the age of 10 or 11 is at this time a full grown Teenager. If you notice this it makes sense that the movies are becoming more adult every time.”
