As you probably know (because I have been posting so much about it) some Harry Potter stars were at the Florida Supercon this past weekend.  Hugh Mitchell (Colin Creevey), Natalia Tena (Tonks), Devon Murray (Seamus Finnigan), and Danielle Tabor (Angelina Johnson in the first three Harry Potter films) were there.

The Sun has a new interview with John Hurt.  John played Mr. Ollivander in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

Having played Mr Ollivander in the first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s, it seems he may be returning for the final instalment, which has been split into two for the cinema.

“I didn’t spend a lot of time on the Harry Potter film but I might be spending more time there next time,” he smiled. “We’ll see.”

You can see John in the new Indiana Jones film which is now in theaters!

Paul Whitehouse, the actor who plays Sir Cadogan in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, is celebrating his 50th birthday (May 17th)!

Recently I posted about rumours for the casting of Regulus Black, thanks to TLC, we can now add Tom Moorcroft to the confirmed cast list for Half-Blood Prince.  There is a new interview with Tom online that you can see HERE (or click more).  Tom says Regulus will be seen in a photograph in Professor Slughorn’s office.

SnitchSeeker is reporting 2 new cast members being selected for Half-Blood Prince.

Tom Moorcroft has been listed to play Regulus Black in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. It is unknown in what context Tom will play Regulus since the character was never shown in the sixth book.
Actor Charlie Bennison has apparently been cast as Sanguini, the vampire who had been invited as a guest to Professor Slughorn’s Christmas party in the sixth book.

Please treat this as a rumour until we get confirmation from WB!

I was just looking at the IMDB page for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and noticed that a few Harry Potter stars are in the movie!

John Hurt who played Mr. Ollivander in Sorcerer’s Stone will be playing “Abner Ravenwood”.

Jim Broadbent who is going to be playing Professor Slughorn in Half-Blood Prince will be playing “Yale Professor”

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull comes out on May 22, 2008 in the US! I am soooo excited! (I love the IJ movies if you couldn’t tell)
