The young actress who plays Rose Weasley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II has finally been revealed.  United Agents have updated the page for Helena Barlow to reflect her role in the film.  She has previously been in several stage productions and one film.

Today we have news that a brand new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II trailer will be released via satellite Thursday evening. I assume WB will release the trailer for the fansites soon after that, perhaps on Friday. According to the press release:

WB have released yet another new poster for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II. This poster features Lord Voldemort, Bellatrix Lestrange and Lucius Malfoy in the foreground and more Death Eaters in the background. See it in High Resolution in the gallery!

In a new interview with mb, David Yates discusses Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II. Some snippets may be read below:

On the last day with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, when they were on set together and filmed their final scene, what was that like? We shot the scene on the viaduct, outside Hogwarts, and it was really peaceful. It was a really sunny day. It was all backlit. And it’s a very tender scene where they sort of reflect on everything that’s happened, all the battles and everything, and they hold hands, and the camera falls away. It’s a really tender, lovely scene. I said to them, ‘Look, guys, this is the last scene we’re all going to do with you three together in front of the camera. So, it’s not just the last scene of these three characters in the movie, this is your last scene in this series of films. That’s what today is about.’ And it infused it with a kind of emotion which was really moving actually.

Jo was a producer on this film, so how was that? How was her expanded role on it? You know, it hasn’t really changed from the other movies, honestly. She’s just always our biggest supporter. And always very graceful and kind and I think, because she’s been there throughout, it was time her name was up there. She wants to be up there with us; it’s a real privilege.

Today Entertainment Weekly has released a new poster for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II. The poster features Harry, Ron and Hermione in the foreground and the Battle of Hogwarts in the background.

As we posted back in April, the French premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II will be taking place in Paris on July 12th, the day after the NYC premiere.  Rupert-Grint.us have emailed this morning to let us know that Rupert Grint will not be in attendance at the premiere.

Evanna Lynch confirmed on her twitter this past weekend that she will be attending the French premiere, and subsequently will probably not be at the USA premiere because it clashes with the French..

UPDATE: Oliver Phelps also confirmed that he, and James, I assume, will be in attendance at the French premiere.
