RomleyDavies have confirmed that Daniel Radcliffe will be starring in ‘The Woman In Black’, which is based on a novel of the same name. This will be the fourth time it has been brought to life in a film, the first was made in 1989 starring Adrian Rawlins, who coincidentally plays James Potter in the Harry Potter films.
The Woman in Black follows a young lawyer, Arthur Kipps, who is ordered to travel to a remote village and sort out a recently deceased client’s papers. As he works alone in the client’s isolated house, Kipps begins to uncover tragic secrets, and his unease grows when he glimpses a mysterious woman dressed only in black.

Daniel Radcliffe will play the lead role in an updated version of the Oscar-winning Best Picture “All Quiet on the Western Front.”
The WWI drama tells the story of Paul Baumer (Radcliffe), a young German soldier fighting in the trenches of France.
Says Stokell, “Daniel brings a vulnerability and innocence to Paul. When we realized how much he loved the script we were really excited because we know he can tap into the delicate balance between intensity and believability that is critical for this demanding role.”
Based on the World War I novel by Erich Maria Remarque, “All Quiet on the Western Front” was first adapted for the bigscreen in 1930 by Lewis Mileston, whose film later took home the Oscar for Best Picture.
Shooting on “Western Front” will begin in the spring of 2012 after Radcliffe wraps a 2011 Broadway stint on “How to Succeed Without Really Trying.”

In a new interview with MTV, Daniel Radcliffe discusses the Harry Potter theme park and gives us some interesting information about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Radcliffe himself was flooded with memories while standing there [Dumbledore’s Office]. The room most reminded him of the end of “Chamber of Secrets,” in the scene with Richard Harris’ Dumbledore and Jason Isaacs’ Lucius Malfoy. But he also said that the office plays a part in a scene audiences have yet to see.
“One of the key scenes in the series happens in this room, where towards the end of [‘Deathly Hallows’], Harry learns something about Snape’s past in relation to him, and that takes place in this room. In fact, actually, it takes place pretty much here,” he said, motioning to where he was standing. “And that is kind of pretty much possibly the key scene in the series, you might say. There’s a certain argument for that.”
