Matthew Lewis, Daniel Radcliffe and Imelda Staunton (among others) are participating in a charity auction for Project Teddy Bear.  The charity is helping in the fight against breast cancer.  According to the auction page:

Small (7″) stuffed breast cancer awareness bear with tag signed by Imelda/Daniel/Matthew. This bear also comes with 4×6 prints of the above photos.

Who’s your favourite neighbour?
I live two doors down from Emma Thompson so we’re in each other’s pockets all the time, which is heaven. We’ve known each other for years and years and, whenever she’s in a film, she’s always happy to give a mate a part, which is lucky because I’m always begging her.
We last worked together on Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix, where she played Sybil Trelawney and I played the awful Dolores Umbridge. I got to sack her, which was wonderful, as it’s something I’d been waiting to do for years.

The London Critics Circle have nominated various Harry Potter stars for awards! They will take place on February 8th in London.

• Imelda Staunton (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix) – British Actress in a Supporting Role.
• Jim Broadbent (And When Did You Last See Your Father) – British Actor of the Year
• Julie Christie (Away From Her) – British Actress of the Year
• Helena Bonham Carter (Sweeney Todd) – British Actress of the Year
• Tobby Jones (The Painted Veil) – British Actor in a Supporting Role  (he voiced Dobby in CoS)

As I posted earlier Patrick Doyle held an event tonight called ‘Music from the Movies‘ in aid of the UK’s leading blood cancer charity Leukaemia Research.  Kenneth Bragnah, who played Lockhart in Chamber of Secrets, hosted the event.  Other Harry Potter stars also attended, such as; Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Imelda Staunton, Mike Newell and Robbie Coltrane.
