Tom Felton, Jessie Cave, Bonnie Wright, Dave Legeno, and James and Oliver Phelps were interviewed by Canada’s The Magazine last month and scans from the magazine are now online. According to SS:
Jessie noted that she will take part in some of the battle sequences for the final film, and that she hasn’t gotten the chance to meet J.K. Rowling yet; Tom and Bonnie confirmed that they will attend the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter next May; James and Oliver joked about having nicked a few sweets from the Weasleys’ joke shop, and an incident during customs involving a Puking Pastille; and Dave commented on a little fear he has in common with costar Rupert Grint.

In a bunch of new interviews (one, two, three), David Heyman, David Barron, director David Yates, and actors Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright, and Jessie Cave talk about the Harry Potter Films.
“Ultimately, what makes these books work, what I love about the books, is that for all the spectacle, for all the adventure, (there are) the characters.” Part I will be “the road movie” with the young stars on the run, Heyman says. The final battle comes in Part II. “And what we are trying to do in this final battle, as much as we can, is root it in characters! For me, it’s really all about the characters and it’s about the people who are battling and, if you’re invested in that, that is what will make it work!”
Heyman has predictions about co-stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson: “Dan will continue acting and maybe directing. I think he’s interested in that. Rupert will continue acting. Rupert is one of the most original people you will ever meet, really lovely. He’s a one-off. And I think Rupert is a really talented actor with great comic timing. Emma, if she wants, can be a movie star. She is hugely talented and incredibly in touch with her imagination. She is fiercely intelligent and I think she could do whatever she chooses to do.”

The Daily Mail has a new interview along with some awesome new photos of Bonnie Wright.
‘The way it was done was very romantic,’ she says of that kiss. ‘Daniel [Radcliffe] and I have always been good friends, which I think worked in our favour. It’s the only love scene I’ve filmed, but I imagine if you had to do one with some random person that you had no relationship with, it would feel very strange.
‘It makes the on-screen relationship make more sense – this idea that we’ve known each other, and in a sense grown up together, off-screen as well as on. Dan is so energetic and really good fun, and the way he works is extremely professional.’
Bonnie is also supporting the Made-By campaign which supports ethical fashion, as Emma has done with Free People.
‘In my family we’ve always been into ethical stuff and recycling,’ she explains. ‘I think it’s very important for the awareness to begin at a young age, so that it sets in and becomes a habit. It’s been great to find something I can be a part of that joins my interests in fashion and sustainability, and I’m hoping that as a younger spokeswoman I can encourage my generation to embrace this idea.’

Scholastic recently interviewed Tom Felton and Bonnie Wright and they discussed, you guess it, Harry Potter!
Q: How would you describe J.K. Rowling?
Bonnie: I always find it so surreal meeting her. This whole world literally is because of one person.
Tom: She’s a very unassuming down-to-earth lady, the most lovely lady. I was always taken away by how genuine she seemed, and how unaffected by the fact that she’s probably the world’s biggest author.
Q: Do you both have all the Harry Potter movies at home? Do you watch them from time to time?
Bonnie: Yeah, we’re always given lots and lots of copies every time they come out.
Tom: Yeah, plenty of DVDs. It’s cool. They play it on TV so much, I swear. It’s just kind of weird looking back at yourself when you were [high voice] speaking like this [normal voice] and then you were that tall.
Bonnie: We should have a little movie marathon.
Tom: Yeah, one day.
Bonnie: Maybe in like twenty years or something.
Tom: Yeah. I’ve never actually sat down and properly watched them from start to finish. It might be kind of cool one day.
Thanks TLC!
