The 2014  BAFTA Awards were televised this evening in London and a few Harry Potter stars took away awards. David Bradley, who played Argus Filch the Caretaker, won Best Supporting Actor for his work in Broadchurch. Broadchurch, which also stars David Tennant (Barty Crouch Jr.), won Best Drama.

The Doctor Who episode, Doctor Who: Day Of The Doctor, which starred Tennant and John Hurt (Ollivander) won the RadioTimes Audience Award which was voted on by fans.

Julie Walters was the recipient of the Fellowship award, the highest accolade bestowed by the Academy in recognition of an outstanding and exceptional contribution to film, television or games. A video of Julie before the ceremony may be read below:
