Warner Bros. is thinking about creating a Massively Multiplayer Role Playing Game (MMORPG) for Harry Potter.
The notion of creating a Harry Potter multi-player online role playing game is something that we’ve been discussing at Warner Bros. for a number of years and continue to explore.
We are currently investigating the possibility of creating our own MMORPG, but unfortunately do not have any further details to share at this time.

The Hexham Courant is reporting that Anne Jones broke the world speed reading record. She read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in 47 minutes which means 4,251 words per minute. That only beats my reading time by 11 hours. Ha ha. But I was reading sorta slow.
She was part of a team put together by The Times to compile the first online review of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
Last year, she broke the world speed reading record at a Border’s bookshop in London, by tackling the 250,000 word Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in just over 47 minutes.
“I read and re-read all the previous Harry Potter books beforehand, as I wanted to become as familiar with the plot as possible” she says.
Thanks for the tip SS.

Helen McCrory, who will be playing Narcissa Malfoy in Half-Blood Prince, recently participated in a radio interview with BBC4. Harry Potter’s Page wrote up a brief synopsis of the interview.
In the interview, she said she had a fantastic time filming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. She said that she doesn’t get to fly, but that she does have a wand. She said the wands are very interesting, as they’re brought to her in a box, she uses it, and then she must put the wand back in the box. The box is then put into a safe. She said the costumes are fantastic, rather a 50s style. She said she enjoyed working with the other Harry Potter actors, including Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) and Alan Rickman (Snape), whom she called very ‘laid back’.
