Icelandic actor Jón Páll Eyjólfsson has arrived back from England where he auditioned for a role in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

He said,

I have met the people who are behind this film and I have read from the script. At this stage you only get to see parts of the script and there is a lot of secrecy about this whole thing

He went to school with Steven Kloves, who wrote the script for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, and Kloves suggested him for the role.

There is a Harry Potter article in USA Today today. It is on the front page and is called, “Fans debate Potter’s fate in final book“.  And also another called “Seeking answers to ‘Potter’ mysteries?”

I have to run to class but I will have scans up later tonight.

Scholastic has asked their first question out of the seven they will ask before Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows comes out. This first question is:

Harry Potter cast members Stanislav Ianevski (Krum), James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George) attended this past weekend’s Grand Slam: Sci-Fi Summit 2007 in Los Angeles. They all sat down and talked about their characters, fans, comment on the fifth movie (giving nothing away) and the last book.
