The British Board of Film Classification website has been updated to say that Warner Brothers submitted a new Half-Blood Prince trailer for them to review.
As of yesterday the 1 minute 31 seconds trailer was passed with a PG (Parental Guidance) rating. This does not mean that the movie will be PG, just the trailer.

UPDATE: WB has let SS know that “there will be no new trailer released for the sixth film at the present time.”

G4TV has a new article out about the Electronic Arts press conference at the GCDC ’08. In the article it says:

9:40AM – […] Then he shows a new trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince game, and James and Oliver Phelps, who play the Weasley twins in the movies, come out and play it. Castable spells, potions, story play, Quidditch. Pretty amazing looking.

The Gryffindor Gazette has found some leaked HBP scripts, wee. Ha ha. They found it through this thread on IMDB. Not sure if it is real, but it seems that way

The Canadian Press has a new article where they reveal some interesting information about the HBP delay.

The studio had been mulling the date change for three or four weeks, “but it really didn’t kind of get on the front-burner until sometime within the last seven days,” Dan Fellman, Warner Bros. head of distribution, said Sunday. Entertainment Weekly’s “deadline must have been earlier than the decision, than when we started to get serious about making the decision,” Fellman said.

Fox news has a new article that states another reason for WB moving the release of HBP.  It is not an official reason, just another scenario for why they could have moved the film.

Officially, there is no reason, except that “a spot opened on the summer schedule.”  That’s not much of a reason. The real story? Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe will be right in the middle of his sensational, highly publicized run on Broadway in the play, “Equus.” […] That’s not the image Warner Bros. wants associated with bespectacled Harry, who remains chaste and virginal.

[…] For the movie to open on Nov. 21, Radcliffe would have to do publicity entailing answering questions about blinding horses and having sex with them vs. flying around and making potions. Warner Bros. does not want this scenario. By the time “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” debuts, “Equus” will either have concluded its run or Radcliffe will have completed his contract. And there will be little mention of any horsing around.
