Wow, I can’t believe it has been 3 years since the Half-Blood Prince came out in the United States and the United Kingdom. It is July 16th where I am so if you are in a different time zone it might not be it’s birthday yet.

Wow, I have been meaning to post this all day. Sorry I took so long, kept getting distracted.
MovieFone has made Lord Voldemort the number one Best Movie Villain of All Time! Woohoo! He even beat out Darth Vader!
He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is the most powerful dark wizard to ever wave a wand, and he schemes to enslave the whole muggle world. His slithering presence has been minimal in the films so far, but we’ve all read the books, so we know how much more evil he’ll become.

The UK edition of Deathly Hallows will be released in paperback on Thursday. You can pre-order it HERE £5.39. (I preoredered mine already ;] ) There is still no release date for the U.S. paperback edition, I will update that when we find out.
Bloomsbury has also updated their website. They have unlocked the #7 compartment on the Hogwarts Express on their Swot up on Potter page.

Entertainment Weekly magazine features J.K. Rowling and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which was named #2 on the New Classic Books list! Readers also voted J.K. Rowling as their most favorite author! Cedric Diggory made the 25 New Classic Death Scenes for his untimely end in the story. Finally, Mary GrandPre’s Sorcerer’s Stone cover is came in at #20 on the top 25 Classic Covers list.
You can vote for the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows as the Most Memorable Pop Culture Moment the Last 25 Years! in a bracket game as well!
