Variety is reporting that Daniel Radcliffe’s film, formerly titled “The F Word”, has been given a US release date of August 1st. CBS Films have also renamed the film, it is now What If.  The film will release in New York and Los Angeles on that date and expand to more theatres during the next two weekends.

Directed by Michael Dowse (“Goon”), “The F Word” stars Daniel Radcliffe as a medical school dropout and romantic who meets an animator, played by Zoe Kazan. The relationship clicks, despite the fact that she is already living with her boyfriend (Rafe Spall).
