Southern Rising Productions has confirmed that Oliver Phelps (George Weasley) will be staring in the upcoming film Latin Quarter.  He will be playing Alfred Jarry, who was a French writer.

A lively account of Pablo Picasso’s wild and innovative years when he arrived in Paris as a young artist to the happening art scene in the early 1900s.
