A friend of mine, Michaella, who is a pen-pal of J.K. Rowling, has set up a brand new website called Changed by Rowling. This site asks fans to send in stories of how J.K. Rowling has affected their lives. Much like The HP Alliance‘s book Dear Mr Potter, but this site focuses on what J.K. Rowling has done for fans.  You can submit your story here.

We want to recognise that each character you love, each quote that inspires you, comes from one amazing mind. And we want to recognise that Jo has changed people’s lives not just through her books but through being the selfless, generous, articulate, kind and intelligent woman that she is.
