The Orlando Weekly Newspaper has a report online from Universal concerning the Harry Potter Wizarding World that will be open to the general public in the summer of 2010. We now know that the rumours about possible mini movies for the Harry Potter theme park are false. Warner Brothers states:
Contrary to recent press reports, [J.K. Rowling] has not written scripts for any films based on the Harry Potter ‘prequel’ (recently written and sold for charity) or otherwise, as part of the theme park or any other purpose.

The Sunday Mirror is reporting a few things about The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Theme Park.
J.K. Rowling has penned a brand-new Harry Potter story which is being turned into a mini-movie. The film will be shown at a new theme park called The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter in Orlando, Florida.
All the regulars, including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint are shooting the movie at Leavesden, Herts, before starting two films based on final Potter novel The Deathly Hallows.
A source said: “They are also working on extra sequences and clips which will be part of the rides. J.K. Rowling has been involved in everything. She wrote the story.”
Treat this as a rumor until we get confirmation!
