Today is Harry Potter actor Warwick Davis’ birthday! He played Professor Flitwick in Sorcerers Stone and Chamber of Secrets and the Choir Director in the other films.

There is a new interview out with Warwick Davis, who plays Flitwick and the choir director in the Harry Potter films!

“And although I’m not contracted to take part in the next few films, I’ve got my fingers crossed that Flitwick does make it into the screenplay for the two remaining films.”

Warwick, who is is currently filming The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, which is due for release next May, was also impressed when he met the notoriously shy author of the Potter novels, JK Rowling.

“She seemed very nice. And she’s quiet – she is a brilliant woman to have created these plots and characters which have fascinated so many people around the world for so long.”
