A trailer for the Harry Potter app for the iPhone and iPod Touch called Harry Potter Spells is now online over at it’s official site!

Thanks to TLC we know that the Half-Blood Prince Facebook Page will be doing a fun countdown to the release of the dvd on December 8th.  Today they have posted a video with footage of Quidditch.  Their page says:

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince won Favourite Flick of 2009 at the BBC Switch Live Awards which were held earlier today!  Tom Felton was in attendance at the event and hopefully there will be photos online soon.

The show will air on BBC One Sunday, November 15 at 3:00 p.m GMT. I will post a video as soon as one is available!

The Harry Potter game website has been updated so you can now play a demo of the upcoming Wizarding World of Harry Potter DVD game!

Just a few television reminders for everyone!  First, the SCREAM awards are on Spike tonight, check your local listings for the exact time.  We know that Harry Potter won 2 awards, but apparently if no one was there to accept the award they didn’t do it.  But I’m hoping they might have an announcement or maybe a video acceptance or something.

Secondly, a reminder that I first posted about a month ago. On November 8th at 10pm EST (check your listings), the Food Network will be airing a new episode of Ace of Cakes about the making of the cake for the NYC HBP Premiere after party! If you remember, they did the cake for the LA Order of the Phoenix Premiere as well!

I will post another reminder for the Ace of Cakes episode closer to the date!
