The media are predicting great things for Imelda Staunton (Professor Umbridge) when the time for Oscar nominations is coming.

MSNBC says “Staunton might earn another Academy nod for this very different yet equally satisfying performance”, Fashion Wire Daily thinks she “deserves an Oscar nomination for her delicious portrayal of… Umbridge.”

Although the Harry Potter movies have been nominated for an Oscar, they never managed to win one. Could Imelda Staunton be the first HP actress to get an Oscar? Fingers crossed!
