As I reported a while ago, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II were nominated for Best Feature Film in the Children’s BAFTA awards. The awards were held tonight and the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II won Best Feature Film and the Kid’s Vote for Best Film! The BAFTA Kid’s Vote is where children aged 7-11 voted. Warwick Davis (Griphook) was set to attend the event, it is unknown if any other Potter stars attended, that information should be available soon.
Tonight our correspondent, Patrick, attended the awards in London, I will hopefully have some photos and maybe even a video interview later on! We shall see.
Update: The BAFTA website has been updated with a photo of Warwick Davis, who accepted both of Potter’s awards. Harry Potter won the kid’s vote with more than 400,000 votes! Click the photo to enlarge.
