Happy Birthday Magical-Menagerie!!
Posted by Megs

Today is the website’s FOURTH birthday!!! The website has come so far since its beginnings on freewebs. It had the longest name EVER: Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus, but at least we still had a great layout when the site first opened thanks to Jenny, who also made the current layouts.  You can view all our past looks and read about the site’s history on this page!

Thank you all for your continued support of the site, the main reason this site is still here is because of you! The other reason is because I love it too much to ever give it up 😉

Rowling now has two more children with her current husband. The advance from the manuscript for Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, which she wrote in cafes in Edinburgh, paid rent on the meager flat she shared with her first child while they were subsisting on welfare.
