USA Today has a new article about college Quidditch! I’ll have a scan in a bit.

The broomsticks they hold between their legs can’t help them fly. The Snitch is not a winged golden ball but a young man who sprints across the field at lightning speed. And at times, the game looks like the mongrel offspring of rugby, dodge ball and soccer. But somehow it all works.

I don’t know about you all, but I would TOTALLY be on my schools team! Ha ha.

I just died! I turned back on Dancing with the Stars to hear Hedwig’s Theme finishing.  Cameron and Edyta danced to it on the show. Yay!

Then, Tom, the host, said: “Lets see if the Dursleys like it.”

If I had known before they came on I would have taped it for you all, but alas I did not know.

Harry Potter was just on Wheel of Fortune! Well he was an answer to a puzzle. The category was Who is it? and the puzzle was:

BOY WIZARD MADE READING FUN AND GLASSES COOL.

And as we all know, thats Harry! And the man who got the puzzle knew too! So yay for him.

I came across an interesting article about a woman who made a Harry Potter themed pudding for the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. So for those of you that like butterscotch there is a recipe in the article!

Her Honeydukes Butterscotch Pudding, named for the candy store near Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, was a popular dessert at the book-launch event. When Deibel tried to take it off the menu, “we got five comment cards and 10 e-mails begging for its return. We put it right back on.”
