UK TV station ITV’s special on Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will air this Saturday, July 7th at 7:30 pm on ITV1 and a short clip is now online.

This Sunday, July 8th, a Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix special will be featured via the internet on the web site Reelz Channel.
The special will feature interviews with Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint and currently snippets are being shown on their site.

Well, today after work I have to also go and babysit for a few hours. So when I get back from doing both of those things I will update with all of the news we missed.

The Order of the Phoenix UK Premiere is on now live via this link. So go and watch! I unfortunately need to stop watching now to head off to work. But I am buying Driving Lessons before I go, because it came out today!

David Heyman has done a new interview with LatinoReview where he discusses Order of the Phoenix and more.

“I didn’t have a clue,” Heyman says. “I knew there’d be seven books, but I had no notion that we’d be making two films, let alone seven. One was even a dream because so many projects end up in development (and no further). So I had no idea, but as the process evolved it became clear that it was becoming a phenomenon. By the time we were making the first film the third book had come out and they were one, two and three on the New York Times bestseller list, so we knew we were part of something special. But even then, when we had the opening weekend of the first film and all the box office receipts were tallied, it was a complete surprise. And, of course, it set a very high bar that we have to meet now.”
