Last week I posted about the possibility of Harry Potter being featured in Movie Magic magazine. Well today when I was out shopping with my mom I saw it and it is indeed a special Harry Potter one.  There is a TON of great stuff in it, and I only just sped through looking at the pages.

I will try to add a FEW scans tonight to avoid getting in trouble but just so you can see what it is like. And after the magazine is off shelves I think it will be save to put all the scans up for those of you that can’t get the magazine where you live.

It is on sale until March 17th 2008. So go out and get it!

EDIT: Well, haha, I didn’t get to scan the stuff today, so I will do them tomorrow.

If you recall a few weeks ago I posted that OotP was on the short list for the Achievement in Make-up award at the Academy Awards. That list consisted of 15 films, now it is down to 7:

• The Diving Bell
• The Butterfly
• 300
• La Vie en Rose
• Norbit
• Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End
• Sweeney Todd

Members of the Academy’s make-up division will view 10-minute excerpts from each of the seven shortlisted films next weekend and nominate three films for final Oscar consideration on 22 January 22.

The Academy Awards are scheduled to take place on 24 February at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.

Well guys, if you didn’t know I love watching the Food Network (even though I am a picky eater), anyways, while I was watching a commercial for the show Ace of Cakes came on and it showed a preview for a show that will air on Jan. 24 at 10:30 p.m. (EST).

Duff Goldman made a Hogwarts Castle cake for the after party of the LA premiere of Order of the Phoenix. Daniel Radcliffe will also be in the episode! If someone can capture the video, send it over.

I was just searching around on eBay like I always do when I am bored . And I came across a listing for Movie Magic Magazine that was a Harry Potter one! So that means that it must have just recently come out because I don’t have that issue yet, ha ha. It has information about Order of the Phoenix and cast interviews and such.

So go to where magazines are sold to pick it up! It is $9.95

The People’s Choice awards where announced today in the US and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix won for ‘Favorite Movie Drama.’
