Warner Bros Studio Tour London – Live Web Chat

I have an exciting piece of news to share with you all today! On October 13th Warner Bros. will be hosting a live webchat to talk about Warner Bros Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter ! I will have an embed code and will be livestreaming the chat on the site. Members of the cast will be in on the chat and the tentative list is Julie Walters, Tom Felton, Bonnie Wright, Nat Tena, Oliver Phelps, James Phelps, Warwick Davis and Mark Williams; this list is subject to change before the date of the chat.

The web chat begins at 3pm BST on the 13th but you can ask questions starting at 2pm on October 13th on Twitter. Make sure to follow @WB_StudioTour and include the #WBStudioTour hashtag in your tweets.

You can also post your questions on this post and I will ask them if I get the chance.

Fan Priority Tickets for WB Studio Tour London Available!

Hey Potter fans! About 40 minutes ago The WB Studio Tour London Facebook revealed the link and password to get your fan priority tickets for WB Studio Tour London, which opens on March 31st 2012! Find the password and link here and grab your tickets before they’re gone!

Tickets are priced at £28 for adults, £21 for children and £83 for a family of four.

UPDATE: After only an hour the tickets are already sold out. Were you able to get yours?

WB Studio Tour London Opening Day Revealed

This morning Warner Bros have sent over a press release revealing the opening date of the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter!  It will be opening on March 31st of 2012. This new press release contains quotes from various cast members about the attraction, you can read some of those those below, the full release may be read here.

“It was such a magical place to grow up,” says Daniel Radcliffe. “People will be amazed to see the incredible sets that we’ve worked in all these years.”

Rupert Grint adds, “The sets all have tiny little details that you may not always notice in the films but when you actually walk through them, you can see all the work that’s gone into it. It’s really amazing.”

“This is incredible, it’s been a long time coming and I’m very excited.” says Emma Watson.

Josh Berger, President & Managing Director, Warner Bros. UK, adds “For over 10 years the Harry Potter film series highlighted the exceptional creativity and craftsmanship that we have in the British film industry including groundbreaking special effects, incredibly detailed set design and breathtaking makeup and costumes. We are delighted that we can now open the doors to this world to the public at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter and celebrate the extraordinary talent that goes into making major movies here in the UK.”

Once again, tickets will be available starting on October 13, 2011 with special fan priority tickets on sale on the 10th [more on that here]. Tickets are priced at £28 for adults, £21 for children and £83 for a family of four. Tickets must be booked in advance via a dedicated website www.wbstudiotour.co.uk or through approved tour operators.

This morning we have been sent some exciting news about the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter.  Fans will have the chance to buy tickets to the attraction on October 10th, before they go on sale to the general public. On that day a limited number of tickets will become available for fans all over the world via an exclusive URL and passcode which will be revealed on the official website – www.wbstudiotour.co.uk – and Facebook page – www.facebook.com/wbstudiotourlondon – at midday BST.

To purchase these early tickets follow the link (which will be revealed on the 10th) and enter the password to gain access to the limited number of tickets before they sell out. Tickets for Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter will then go on general sale from 13th October 2011 via www.wbstudiotour.co.uk

Tickets for the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, which opens in Spring 2012, will be available from 13th October 2011. Potter Fan Sites preview Warner Bros Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter

At the end of last month a bunch of fan sites, Magical-Menagerie included, were invited to a special preview tour of Warner Bros Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter at Leaveseden Studios.  Sadly my reporter had something come up last minute and wasn’t able to attend, so please check out the reports at the other fan sites for full details on the tour.  I will have more news and information as we get closer to the opening next Spring!

Due to huge demand, tickets will only be available through pre-booking – they will not be sold at the studio.
