New EMS on Emma's Site
Posted by Megs

Emma’s official site has been updated with a new EMS Message.

Hello Hello!!
Happy 2009!
I just got back from a trip to Cuba! Which was fascinating. Wow, they can dance over there!! I don’t think I have ever felt so inadequate on a dance floor!
Anyway, it was a lot of fun. I am sitting my SATs on Saturday so that I can apply to some American Universities, which is a little nerve racking. My Maths is VERY dodgy seeing as I have done nothing since my GCSE when I was 16!!
On Monday I go in for test shoots for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (part 1). I am quite excited to be back actually, I don’t think I have seen Dan since the summer since he left for NY and Rupert since the Autumn. I think I have a couple of costume fittings and a hair appointment to make my hair a bit browner. Not sure whether we have a couple of rehearsals as well.
Excited to see if they have cast anyone yet…
Anyway, hope wherever you are, post Christmas blues aren’t getting you down… its bloody cold in London!
Em x

They also updated to let us know that Emma DOES NOT have an official youtube account so any posing as Emma are fake.

Emma Interview

There is yet another new interview out with Emma Watson where she discusses her new film The Tale of Despereaux, that came out on Friday, as well as Harry Potter and much more.

Q: What can you say about the next “Harry Potter” movie?
EW: It’s more of a romantic comedy; it has quite love interest in it. I think the humour is very good in it; they really got that in this one. Harry is Jenny’s first kiss and it really develops their relationship, very set it up for the final chapter. It’s good…

(haha…Jenny….)

USA Today has a new interview with Emma Watson where she talks about The Tale of Despereaux, Harry Potter and more.

“I can’t imagine anything more lonely, just not being able to be part of the real world and being trapped and locked in hotel rooms and cars,” says Watson. “I get stopped by people, but that’s fine. I’d never want to be so famous that I couldn’t live a normal life to a certain extent.”

When people do spot her, they can’t believe it’s actually Hermione. “I have a more normal life than people expect. When I take public transport, people are like, ‘That girl looks like the girl from Harry Potter, but it can’t be her on the tube,’ ” says Watson.

MTV has a new interview with Emma Watson where she discusses the relationship between Ron and Hermione in Deathly Hallows.

First and foremost, what does she think of Granger’s marriage to Ron Weasley? “I was thrilled really. Ron was the right person for her to be with. I think it was amazing that they had kids. It was perfect.” Has she discussed the romance (and eventual kiss!) with costar Rupert Grint? “God no! We haven’t discussed it. I think we’ll have to cross that bridge when we come to it.”

“The scene that really touched me is Ron’s betrayal of Hermione, him leaving her. There’s that wonderful scene where he comes back and Hermione just launches herself at him and starts hitting him and is uncontrollably angry at him and disappointed in him for abandoning her. I’m looking forward to that because it felt very real when I read it.”
