The British Board of Film Classification has a list up of deleted scenes that will be on the Order of the Phoenix DVD.  They are:

The DVD is still rumoured to come out November 12th, it is not official yet.

UPDATE: Thanks to HPANA we know that “Warner Home Video Brazil confirmed for them that the release date in Brazil will be November 14th and that the DVD will have more than one hour of unknown extras, counting to embroidery frames and the making of the film.”
