1. Content (30/35)- The site is pretty original, I haven't seen any other Ginny/Harry AND Ron/Hermione sites. And I ship both so that just makes it even better! :) There's some normal stuff on the site such as graphics, info, etc. I think you can tell a bit more about the characters in that section (except Hermione, who has a nice sized section). I also really really really like the graphics page! It's so cute!
2. First Impression (18/20)- I like the banner, but (and no offense to you) the Harry and Ginny picture doesn't seem to fit with me too well (the bodies are way to old for the faces). But if you like it, that's all that matters. I'm not going to take points off for that. The rest seems to be very nice and I really like it. Whoever coded it did a great job! I also really like the news section!
3. Site Navigation (9/10)- Very clear :)
4. Updates (9/10)- It seems to be updated quite frequently!
5. Mistakes (9/10)- Well I'm not reading every page of the site but it seems to all be in order!
6. Button (5/5)- :)
7. Extras (9/10)- I really enjoyed the graphics page! The banner is simply addorable!

1. Content (28/35)- Very original idea. I haven't seen one of these sites before! I really like the tips for fanmail and the top 10 (althought when I sent Matt Lewis fan mail it took him 13 months). You might want to add a bit more content (I'm not sure what though.)
2. First Impression (17/20)- The overall appearance is nice, but i don't like the ads at the top (but I guess you can't really change that). The scrollbar is a bit confusing since you can't see the actual bar compared to its background. As for the Dumbledore quotes, I think it would look a little better if " Quotes from Dumbledore" wasn't moving from side to side. As for the bottom, does it keep going on and on? I'd make it end at a certain point.
UPDATE: I love the new layouts on the site so I bumped your score up 4 points!
3. Site Navigation (9/10)- Everything seems pretty easy to find. Just put a space between partners and the section above it.
4. Updates (6/10)- It's a bit hard to tell how often you update except for the news (which isn't too often).
5. Mistakes (7/10)- I found a few coding mistakes (such as on faq pg there is a <b> on one thing and at the bottom something should be a new line but it isnt). Also, you might want to coordinate the font so it's the same on every page (aka the HP addresses page)
6. Button (3/5)- Magical Menagerie is on there but Magical Reviews isn't.
7. Extras (7/10)- I like the concept of your site and the advise is cool!
