Hello everyone and Happy Valentine’s Day!!! I hope you all have a great day, even if you don’t have a significant other you can still spend the day with those you love (friends, family, pets). So don’t be down in the dumps if you don’t have a Valentine. I’ll be spending the day watching movies 😉 Anyway, here’s a fun video to get us in the mood.
I’m now back at Uni having spent January filming more scenes from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It is absolutely wonderful to be back and see all my friends again – and of course to get back to studying! Thanks so much for your support and kind words about my People Tree Collection, it was really nerve racking, but I’m so glad it is being received so well and let’s hope we can begin to make a difference. Love Emma
Thanks to Oclumencia we have photos from the Swinley Forest set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. See all the photos here in the gallery and enjoy!
Thanks to Warner Bros. we have a new press release about the Harry Potter and LEGO. You can read the full press release here!
Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) announced today an extension of its successful partnership with leading toy manufacturer, The LEGO Group, to bring the magical world of Harry Potter to fans everywhere. Under the agreement, The LEGO Group is creatively tapping into the Harry Potter magic to develop spell-binding construction sets and a board game inspired by the property in anticipation of the November 19 theatrical release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I, as well the upcoming release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 in 2011.
Additionally, as the LEGO brand rolls into the board game category for the first time in 2010, it brings the Harry Potter property with it in a premium, constructible board game called Hogwarts, launching in August. Players build and then move throughout the iconic castle to be the first to collect various objects to win the game – but even the most skilled players can be foiled by an ability to move classrooms around the board.
Thanks to Ice Cream Man we know that Cherrybomb has gotten a rating of 15.
If you’re unfamiliar with this rating, it means that no one under 15 years of age in the UK will be able to see the movie. It has also been given a run time of 85 minutes and 52 seconds! You can view all the information here.
Also, it has been confirmed that Cherrybomb and Wild Target will both be released on April 9th as I posted earlier.
23 Harry Potter (2001-present) J. K. Rowling’s books were famously devoured by both kids and adults, and the films continued the trend, especially later installments, when the Children of Men director Alfonso Cuaron and State of Play’s David Yates injected teen angst and political intrigue.
Also on the list are a few of my personal favorites (I like a lot more than these so I’m just putting a few): Up, Toy Story, The Princess Bride, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, The Wizard of Oz, The Lion King, Bedknobs and Broomsticks
