Back in January I posted a couple scans from Movie Magic magazine that I did when I bought the magazine. Now that the magazine is off stands I thought I would add it the rest to the gallery finally so you can see if you couldn’t buy it.

I just spent the past 3 hours scanning all the Harry Potter pages of Movie Magic magazine (and resizing them), even though I am not allowed to show them all. I put a few of the pages in the GALLERY, so head over there to see them. There are 53 pages about Harry Potter in total, I put up a few of the beginning pages for some articles.

The dates for Daniel Radcliffe and Richard Griffiths play Equus on Broadway.

Radcliffe will star as Alan Strang with Griffiths as Dr. Martin Dysart. Opening night at the Broadhurst is scheduled for Sept. 25, and the production will play a 22-week engagement through Feb. 8, 2009.

The Telegraph has posted a list of 110 books that would collectively make ‘the perfect library’. The Harry Potter books are in the children’s books category!

The boy wizard’s dealings with the forces of adolescence and evil have sold more than 350 million books in 65 languages. The Harry Potter phenomenon has its detractors, but the success of special ‘grown-up’ covers, allowing commuters to read Rowling without shame, tells its own tale.

Does Harry come of age in ‘Half-Blood Prince‘, which you’re filming now?
Yes, his relationship with Dumbledore (Michael Gambon) changes from being teacher/pupil to (becoming) his foot soldier. Michael and I have been working together a huge amount, and it’s been great fun.

Screenonline has created an interactive interview with Julie Walters (a.k.a. Mrs. Weasley) where users can choose which questions they’d like her to answer. There is one Harry Potter question listed under the ‘Family’ section in which Walters compares the set of The Burrow from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets to her own home. She also discusses the kitchen set in detail describing how the pot washing itself in the sink was an actual machine and not edited in later with special effects.
